The Ghana National Gas Limited Company Scholarship was established to provide financial support to brilliant but financially disadvantaged students in Ghana. The scheme is designed to assist Ghanaian students pursuing undergraduate and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes at accredited tertiary institutions across the country.
The exact start date for the scholarship for 2026/2027 academic year is not yet announced, but based on previous years, applications are expected to open around April or May.
Eligibility Criteria for Ghana Gas Scholarship
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a Ghanaian citizen (valid Ghana Card, passport, or birth certificate required for verification).
- Hold an admission letter from a recognized tertiary institution (University or Technical University) in Ghana.
- Be no older than thirty-five (35) years at the time of application.
- Demonstrate both academic excellence and financial need.

- Admission Letter
- Birth Certificate, Ghana Card, or Passport
- Senior High School/Vocational/Technical Certificate
- Recent passport-sized photograph

- Applicants currently benefiting from any other public or private scholarship are not eligible.
