Queen Sung-Suma’s mission to Empower Education: Achieving lasting change in the Upper West Region.
“Meet Sung-Suma, the remarkable contestant from Ghana’s Most Beautiful 2023, who represented the Upper West Region. After returning home to say thank you for the love and support she got during the competition ,she also embarked on a heartwarming journey across all 11 districts in the Upper West Region. Her mission? To support primary school pupils by distributing exercise books she received during the pageant.
Among the schools she visited were her beloved alma mater, Tender Care Preparatory School, as well as Baazu Basic School in the Jirapa district, Tutco Demonstration in Sissala West district, Tumu, Zini Primary School in Sissala East, Lawra E/A School, and Gengenkpe R/C School in Nandom among many others.
This act of kindness is not new for Sung-Suma, as she is not only a philanthropist but also the Founder and CEO of the Sung-Suma Foundation established in 2021. With her big heart, she aims to reach out to everyone in need.
In addition to her ongoing efforts, Sung-Suma is calling on individuals and organizations willing to support her next project: sickle cell awareness screening in Senior High Schools. Let’s join hands with Sung-Suma and make a positive impact on the lives of these students.
