SANKOFA JOB TO LAUNCH NATIONWIDE ON OCTOBER 30, 2026, TO CONNECT JOB SEEKERS WITH EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
G&T Prestige Ltd. has announced the official launch of Sankofa Job, a national digital employment platform designed to connect job seekers with employers and businesses while creating meaningful work opportunities for Ghanaians.
The platform is scheduled to launch on Friday, October 30, 2026, across its digital platforms and social media channels. Access to Sankofa Job will be free for job seekers, who will be able to build their profiles, apply for available positions, and connect with potential employers.
The initiative seeks to bridge the gap between job seekers and employers by encouraging businesses to advertise genuine vacancies, offer fair compensation, and recruit trusted Ghanaian talent.
Through Sankofa Job, G&T Prestige Ltd. is also inviting government institutions, public agencies, private-sector organisations, and other partners to collaborate in connecting graduates, National Service personnel, and other job seekers with real employment opportunities.
The company is further encouraging partners to support job creation through training, mentorship, sponsored opportunities, and investment in young people’s professional development.
Ghanaians living abroad are also being encouraged to participate by mentoring, hiring, investing, and sharing information about the platform with family and friends back home. The media and the general public are equally being urged to help spread the word to ensure that people seeking employment become aware of the initiative.
Speaking about the vision behind the platform, Anthony Akwasi Gyamfi, PharmD, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of G&T Prestige Ltd., said the initiative reflects his desire to return home with knowledge and opportunities that can help others succeed.
“Sankofa means go back and get it. I went far, I learned, and now I have come back to bring it home. If a young man with one book bag and no dollar could cross the bridge, so can you. And this time, you will not cross alone,” he stated.
G&T Prestige Ltd. was registered in Ghana in October 2025. The company is headquartered in Abuakwa, Kumasi, in the Ashanti Region. Dr. Gyamfi is a pharmacist and pharmacy manager based in Manhattan, New York.
Sankofa Job is one of the company’s flagship initiatives. Other planned projects include Adwuma Pa Podcast, which is expected to follow, and Ankoaa, planned for 2027.
The initiative is guided by the motto: “Cross The Bridge. Pons, Fides, Futurum: The Bridge, The Trust, The Future.”
